When will my order ship?

Your item will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Some prints are made to order and will take longer to ship since they need to dry beforehand (7 days at most). I can assure I will do my best to ship your items as soon as possible.

Where are your products made and ships from?

All the linocut prints are handmade by me. I have a few more items that are designed by me and are produced by local vendors (such as stickers and tote bags). I package all items with love and ship them from Canada.

Can I return a product or get a refund or exchange?

Yes, you can return a product for a refund or exchange for another print. Once I recieve the product back and verify it is in the original condition, I will issue a refund. You will need to pay for shipping fees to retrun the item back.

Where is my order?

When checking out you will see a few options for shipping methods. If you've chosen a shipping method that include tracking, you will recieve a link to track your order and see status updates.

Packages that do not include tracking will have an estimated delivery date in checkout, but will not be tracked.

I saw your prints on Etsy, why is there a price difference?

There is a slight difference in price on some of the prints, due to the many taxes and fees Etsy takes.
